Rudy Brioché MPP 2000, chairRudy N. Brioché is senior director and policy counsel at Comcast Corporation, where he assists in the development of the company’s public policy positions. His prior experience includes serving as a senior counsel at the Federal Communications Commission, the Unitied States Senate, and the NAACP. Before joing Harvard Kennedy School, Rudy was a judicial law clerk to U.S. District Judge Andre M. Davis and Chief Judge Robert M. Bell of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. He also practiced and taught law in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, DC.
