Kate F. Mullally MC/MPA 1998

Kate F. Mullally MC/MPA 1998 worked as director of licensing and enforcement with Partners Harvard Medical International (PHMI) in Dubai Health Care City (DHCC), the world's first health care economic free zone. PHMI has been helping the government of Dubai develop DHCC as a world-class location for health care, medical education, and life science research. Previously, Mullally was a senior manager and chief counsel of a consumer protection agency in Massachusetts responsible for licensing and regulating more than 450,000 licensees in a broad range of trades and professions. She also has worked in both the private and public sectors as lead trial attorney in broad range of environmental cases, as corporate counsel for an internet start-up, and as corporate counsel and director of new business development for a company specializing in the creation of public-private partnerships. Earlier in her career, Mullally was a registered nurse and a public health specialist, working both domestically and internationally in Africa and Mexico.
