Teal Pennebaker MPP 2008

A native of Texas, Teal Pennebaker is speechwriter to the president of Planned Parenthood. Teal previously worked in federal relations at the University of Southern California, served as an adviser for implementing the Affordable Care Act and directed communications for Stanford’s health policy center. Teal is a graduate of Wellesley College and received her MPP in 2008 from HKS.
