Alumni.Harvard Login

Alumni.Harvard Directory Instructions

Alumni.Harvard is the online community for all Harvard University alumni. Here you can connect with alumni of the College and each of Harvard’s graduate schools.

You need an Alumni.Harvard username and password to access and update your alumni profile and to search the HKS alumni directory. Your former Kennedy School username and password have been de-activated.

Register in the Alumni.Harvard system
If you do not yet have an Alumni.Harvard username and password, you can set them up using the registration system. Please see the registration help page for detailed instructions. You will receive confirmation once you have registered successfully and will be directed to update your contact information and set up email forwarding and other online services.

Register online by filling out the required information, including your unique HAA 10‐digit ID number. You will find that number in the footer of any broadcast emails you receive from the Harvard Alumni Association.

You can choose your own username and password with certain character limits. Once you’ve completed the process, you will receive an email confirming your registration and username. For privacy purposes, your password will not be displayed. Your username and password are referred to as your Alumni.Harvard login or member login. Your member login will then give you access to all HKS alumni benefits including the HKS Directory and JACK (the HKS job bank).

Updating Your Profile

Click “Update Your Profile” to update your name, address, phone number, and other information. If you have questions, please see the profile update help page.

Showing or Hiding information in the Alumni. Harvard Directory
Your name, degree, year, and school will always be visible in the directory. All other fields in your record are hidden by default. You can choose which fields to display in your directory listing or hide your entire record from view. If this option does not appear, it means that there is a "no info release" restriction on your record, which prevents the display of any information in the directory. The restriction can be removed by contacting the Registrar’s Office and submitting a Release Request Form. If you have questions, please see the showing profile help page.

HKS Alumni Directory Instructions

The HKS alumni directory is a secure database that Kennedy School alumni can use to locate classmates and network with one another.

Registration and Login
Once you have registered for your Alumni.Harvard username and password, you can use them to login to the HKS alumni directory.

Updating Your HKS Profile

• You can manage your profile to update your policy interests, HKS interests, and public service profile, or to change your HKS email forwarding address.
• Use the privacy setting option to show or hide your information. Be sure to click “Submit” to post your changes.
• NOTE: Clicking “Contact Information” will take you to Alumni.Harvard, which is separate from your HKS Profile.

Lifetime Email Forwarding Addresses (login required)

Kennedy School alumni are provided two lifetime email forwarding addresses—your HKS lifetime forwarding address and a Harvard Alumni Association lifetime forwarding address. These are not email mailboxes or internet service providers, but permanent forwarding addresses that do not change. You can forward these email addresses to the same account. You must be registered through Alumni.Harvard and the HKS alumni directory to activate your lifetime email forwarding addresses.
