Hillel Rapoport, is Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy and Visiting Research Fellow at the Center for International Development, Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. He is Associate Professor atthe Department of Economics of Bar-Ilan University and at EQUIPPE, University of Lille, and has research affiliations with the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, IRES (Université Catholique de Louvain), CReAM (University College London) and CEPREMAP (Paris). He serves or has served as consultant on migration issues for the World Bank, the G-20, the French Development Agency, and the Inter-American Development Bank. His research, for which he received the Milken Institute Award in 2003 and the Developing Countries Prize in 2008, focuses on the growth and developmental impact of international migration.
