Kerrie Nelson is an Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy at the Kennedy School and teaches courses in statistics. She completed her PhD in Statistics at the University of Washington, Seattle and holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. She has recently worked at Harvard Medical School, and currently holds a research associate professor position in the Biostatistics Department at Boston University. Her research interests are diverse and include statistical modeling of environmental data, genetic studies and diagnostic testing.
