Catarina de Albuquerque Visits Harvard

On Tuesday, October 25, the Carr Center's Human Rights to Water and Sanitation Program convened a highly successful meeting with Catarina de Albuquerque, the UN Special Rapporteur on the Human Right to Water and Sanitation and a select group of scholars and practitioners, which explored research ideas for fostering the progressive realization of the human rights to water and sanitation.
