Overview: Jocelyn Kelly and Dr. Parveen Parmar will examine the societal, economic and political effects of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Pakistan, and Cameroon, and highlight why sexual violence is a pressing security issue in conflict and disaster affected countries.
