Every month a speaker is chosen to talk about a current human rights issue in the region. Some of the guest speakers have been from the Boston academic community, such as Dr. Fernando Reimers. Ford professor of International Education and director of the International Education Policy Program. Other speakers will be human rights activists with a focus on the region. Each year we will bring a guest of a critical position in human rights activism today. This year we presented Prosecutor of the International Court of Justice Luis Moreno-Ocampo.
