rights problems, in order to set priorities.

Monitoring changes over time.

Measuring impact of their giving (assessing whether invested funds in a specific change
project delivered the desired return).

Comparing ‘returns’ on investments across the portfolio, in order to
evaluate which approaches solve problems most effectively.
