Welcome
The Measurement & Human Rights program seeks to collaborate with states and international organizations to develop sound evidence-based policy.
|
The Program seeks to identify and address some of the primary measurement challenges for funders, governments, and the United Nations |
- Accurately describing the extent of the broadest possible range of human rights problems, in order to set priorities.
- Monitoring changes over time.
- Measuring impact of their giving (assessing whether invested funds in a specific change project delivered the desired return).
- Comparing ‘returns’ on investments across the portfolio, in order to evaluate which approaches solve problems most effectively.
