Session Overview:

After close to 15 years of uninterrupted democratic rule, what does a preliminary assessment of the status of human rights in the region tell us? What have been the greatest achievements? Which weak spots remain? Program Director, Leonardo Vivas will provide an overview of these questions as well as other topics to be examined in greater detail throughout the remainder of the semester.
