Accommodations
You are most welcome to book your accommodations at area hotels such as the Charles Hotel and the Sheraton Commander. However, it is important to note that the fall is Harvard Square's busiest season and many establishments may be at capacity.

Venues
The event on Wednesday October 24th will take place at the Loeb House at Harvard University (17 Quincy Street, Cambridge, MA 02138).

The event on Thursday October 25th will take place at the Harvard Kennedy School, on the 5th floor of the Taubman Building in the Allison Dining Room and Nye Conference Center (79 JFK Street, Cambridge, MA 02138).

Meals
The Reception and Dinner on Wednesday October 24th will be provided at the Loeb House at Harvard University at 6:00 pm.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Thursday October 25th at the Harvard Kennedy School (Allison Dining Room), and the event will conclude with an evening reception. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing: adriana_hoyos@hks.harvard.edu

Transportation
We suggest using public transportation (subway, buses or taxis) to get to Harvard Square, as there are few parking lots in the area.
