To some, Social Impact Bonds and pay for performance contracts are just the latest “gold rush” or a way for governments to outsource critical services; others see real possibilities to attract long term private capital to some of society’s most intractable problems. In this panel conversation, we’ll hear from the frontlines of this new frontier with three leaders in the field and learn about the reality and potential for this new public-private partnership and its capacity to scale both domestically and internationally.
