Harvard Faculty Club
19 September, 2011
Sustainability Science Program, Harvard Kennedy School
and
Italy’s Ministry for Environment, Land and Sea
A central challenge for sustainability science is to develop an integrated understanding of how sectoral initiatives for sustainability can compete with and complement one another in particular regional contexts. This Forum will present emerging ideas on integrated regional initiatives for governing the complex interactions of environment and development drawing on work underway and planned in Harvard’s Sustainability Science Program and exploring opportunities for collaboration with colleagues based in China, Brazil, and India.
