Kathryn Wylde from the Partnership from New York City, who co-sponsored the study; Harvard Professor Edward Glaeser, author of the book "Triumph of The City" and Judith Rodin, president of the Rockefeller Foundation, discussed the "Cities of Opportunity" on Tuesday's "Inside City Hall."
