As part of the Harvard Kennedy School Public Service Week, the Rappaport Institute co-hosted a brownbag lunch with Mayor Setti Warren of Newton, MA. At this lunch he discussed such topics as municipal finance in difficult times, innovating city government, and becoming the first African-American Mayor in the city of Newton, MA.
