Note: This seminar is part of a two-day series, with the second day, Nov. 2, focusing on Gender and Negotiation in Organizations, organized by Deborah Kolb and Kathleen McGinn. Participants in either seminar are welcome to attend both days.
Format: Chairs will lead with a discussion of field-based research on gender and negotiations. Two morning presentations will be followed by a panel discussion featuring scholars representing organizational, gender, and negotiation research realms. Susan Sturm will speak at lunch. Two afternoon sessions will be followed by a panel discussion. Alice Stuhlmacher will close the day and the conference.
