Disabilities Accommodation and Access Services

Accomodation

Students requiring accommodation for disabilities should contact the Student Disability Coordinator.

Academic accommodations and services are planned for students with documented disabilities on a case-by-case basis. The following are examples of the accommodations that may be coordinated when appropriate:

  • Note-taker
  • Voice recognition software
  • Course materials formatted for visually impaired students
  • Viewing and reading system technologies for visually impaired students
  • Exam accommodations as recommended by physician
  • Sign-language services

Access

For additional information regarding evacuation assistance download our evacuation protocol (links to PDF), or contact our Student Disability Coordinator. Students with disabilities who need to access HKS during inclement weather or an emergency, should contact the University Operations Center at 617.495.5560.
