JACK: Jobs and Careers for the Kennedy School is the Office of Career Advancement (OCA)'s comprehensive job bank and career management system available to alumni throughout their careers. Thousands of high caliber jobs, fellowships, and summer internships are posted in JACK every year. JACK also provides access to an extensive database of employers working in areas of interest to our students and graduates.
JACK access for HKS Alumni: As of September 22, 2015, there is a new HarvardKey login system for JACK. Alumni will need to "claim" their HarvardKey, which will gain them access to all Harvard-wide systems, including JACK. Once your HarvardKey is created, it will replace your alumni.Harvard credentials to login to JACK. If you have any problems claiming your HarvardKey, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 617.495.7777. The HarvardKey login will bring you directly to your personal JACK account.
To access JACK and explore opportunities:
Note: If you wish to post a job on JACK, you will need to register as an employer. This is true even if you are already registered as a job seeker.
For more detailed instructions, refer to the JACK User Guide available under the "resources for alumni" tab in JACK.
Send us feedback and questions through the feedback window on your JACK home page or email.
As you conduct your job search, please be aware that scams on the Internet include fraudulent job postings designed to draw an unsuspecting job searcher into disclosing confidential financial/personal information. Although all job postings are screened by an OCA staff member and approved before posting, it is possible that a fraudulent posting could get through. If you have concerns about the legitimacy of an announcement, please bring it to the attention of the OCA staff.
