Recruiting dates and processes vary by employer and industry. It is important to note that many of the organizations of interest to HKS students may not actively recruit on-campus. This may be an issue of limited resources, limited hiring needs, or strict recruiting policies. Still, there are many opportunities to meet representatives from most organizations through networking events and alumni connections off-campus and on.
Beside formal events, students may also have opportunities to meet with employers who visit campus as speakers in classes or on panels, participants in research center events, attendees at seminars and roundtable discussions, or simply to come eat lunch in the Forum with friends or collegues.
