Make Connections; Change the World

Employers on Campus Program

Network, Interview, Learn, Find a Career You'll Love

Exposure to potential employers comes in many forms at the Harvard Kennedy School: from job postings in JACK: Jobs and Careers at the Kennedy School (our job bank and career management system) to campus visits, seminars and networking opportunities.

Our Employers on Campus programming helps you connect with:

• On-campus recruiting including employer briefings, on-campus interviewing, and career fairs
• Panel discussions featuring potential employers discussing trends and opportunities within their industries and organizations
• Networking events with employers and alumni representing specific fields and organizations
• Formal seminars and informal brown-bag lunches

Actual recruiting dates and processes vary by employer and industry, and some organizations of interest to Harvard Kennedy School students do not recruit on campus at all due to organizational policies or lack of available resources. Still, there are many opportunities for meeting representatives from most organizations through networking events and alumni connections off campus and on.

Employers come to campus to meet and talk with students.

Beside formal events, students may also have opportunities to meet with employers who visit campus as speakers in classes or on panels, participants in research center events, attendees at seminars and roundtable discussions, or simply to come eat lunch in the Forum with friends or collegues.
