The Office of Teaching Support (OTS)
The Assistant Dean for Teaching Support in the Office of Teaching Support (OTS) is responsible for the behind-the-scenes support and logistics required for teaching courses in the degree programs at the Kennedy School. This includes the following: the course, exam and shopping schedules, the online Course Listing, the hard copy Course Supplement, assigning Course Assistants and Teaching Fellows, the Course Materials Office (CMO) and Copyright Service Center (CSC), Course Evaluations, The New Comer’s Glossary, and maintaining the Teaching & Courses web site.
