This module focuses on the control of corruption and the protection of integrity within public service and public services. Class sessions will focus on case studies illustrating a range of threats to integrity, as well as evaluating the contributions of the existing corruption-control literature in light of current practical and operational challenges. The course will consciously test the relevance of a problem-solving or risk-management approach to the issue of corruption control. Prerequisites: No formal prerequisites. Next offered in January 2010.
