SLATE is happy to help faculty create an online mid-course evaluation surveys and can provide electronic results of these evaluations.

HKS Course Evaluations
The Office of Teaching Support website provides information on the administration and processes around course evaluations at Harvard Kennedy School.
Summaries of HKS course evaluations are posted online (login required) at the conclusion of an academic year. These are accessible by Kennedy School Intranet login only.
Peer Reviews of Teaching
The Center for Teaching Effectiveness at the University of Texas at Austin has developed an online guidebook on the topic of peer evaluation and observation (also available as a PDF from the website).
The Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of Minnesota provides a website that offers peer review tools. SLATE recommends looking at the open-ended observation form and worksheet that are both found in the Classroom Observation Instruments section of the site.
