This course introduces students to important concepts and analytic frameworks for management, leadership, and decision making in public-sector organizations. The course includes material on topics such as motivating people, fundamental biases in decision making, working through teams and networks, strategic management, performance measurement, and leading change in organizations.
Open to MPP1s only. May not be taken for credit with MLD-110.
