Business Cards

Order business cards through Shea Brothers Printing, the new Harvard preferred vendor: Shea Brothers Web Link.

Classroom Supplies

Chalk and erasers are kept in each classroom. Please call Building Services at 495-1306 for additional supplies.

Bulletin Boards

Building Services maintains the "FYI" bulletin boards located around the main campus. Please use push pins (not staples or tape). Maximum poster size is 11"x17". Please include the event or removal date on the poster. One copy only per board.

Parking

All employees parking on Harvard University property must purchase a parking pass. These are available from the Harvard University Parking Office, (495-4785). There is no available parking at the Kennedy School.

Bicycles

Racks are located around the KSG Courtyard as well as outside the building entrances with the exception of the Littauer JFK Street entrance and the Taubman Eliot Street entrance. Please walk your bicycle on Kennedy School property. Bicycles are not allowed in KSG buildings.

Pets

For public health, liability, and risk of property damage reasons pets are not allowed on the KSG campus including the grounds and inside the buildings. Exceptions to this policy are service and law enforcement K-9 dogs.

KSG Security has been instructed to enforce this policy.

Recycling

Mixed paper (no food wrappers, plates, or cups, please) is collected daily. Containers for bottles and cans are located throughout the school. Arrangements can be made to recycle most batteries, all computer monitors, and fluorescent lamps. Please call Building Services at 495-1306 for details.

Trash Removal

Leave wastebaskets outside of your office door prior to departure each afternoon. Large trash barrels are available by calling Building Services at 495-1306.

Lost and Found

Found valuables may be recovered from Building Services (LG-39). Other found items (hats, mittens, etc.) are stored in bins in Weil Town Hall.Check the Lost and Found database on the KSG Intranet for the latest listings.

Building Hours

Main Campus: The Littauer and Belfer buildings are open Monday to Friday from 7am to 11pm and Sunday and holidays from noon until 11pm. The Rubenstein building is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm. The Taubman Building is open from 7am to midnight all week. You may access the buildings 24 hours a day. You must sign in with the guard and show your Harvard ID.

Cafeteria Hours: School Year
8am-7pm (closes at 4pm on Friday.) Please call 496-1049 with questions.

8am-3pm(closes at 2pm on Friday.) Please call 496-1049 with questions.

Extended Campus: Building hours vary but are typically 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Check with Building Services (495-1306) for details

Maintenance

Please submit requests by using the Building Services Work Request Form located in the Facilities and Services pages in Lotus Notes.

AirConditioning/Heating Problems

Please call Building Services at 495-1306.

Forum Space

Call the Director of the Forum at 495-1380 for information and reservations.

Computer Supplies

Order through Staples Office Supplies or HU Technology Products Center.

Copying

Effective immediately, Harvard Printing and Publications Services (HPPS) is exiting the printing business. Bulk mail operations will transition to University Operations Services. See the HPPS site for further details.
