Dear Web Team, please keep in the mind the following as you create and update the pages:
- Modify/create only pages and their subpages for which you are the designated editor; submit corrections/updates via the Tell Us form.
- To create a new page, always use the template.html file.
- When editing, use only the HTML view in FrontPage.
- Keep the primary section (TOC, Archives, Help, etc.) unlinked in the breadcrumb on top.
- When linking to an individual's contact info, use the URL for the person's entry in the KSG Web Directory.
- Never write unnecessary text; navigate to the source webpage whenever possible; do not duplicate TOC from other sites.
- If original text must be written, keep it business informal, to the point, and short--reduce scrolling.
- Restrict the number of navigating mouseclicks to three starting from the Index page. Whenever possible, navigate to destination on click 1 or 2.
- Refresh and view your updates in Internet Explorer after each save.
- The Web Team will review your pages and give comments once you have completed them for consistency.
