Harvard's preferred vendor for office supplies is Staples; you must have a PCard to make purchases.
- To purchase online and have the items delivered to your office, request a StaplesLink account by contacting John Caetano with your:
- name,
- HUID,
- 10 digit office phone number, and
- building name. John will email a reply with your account name and password.
- To purchase by phone, call 877-826-7756.
- To pick up supplies, bring your PCard and visit the store at 57 JFK Street.
If you have not yet received your PCard, you may contact Beth Tremblay to purchase supplies using her PCard.
