Strategic Frameworks for
Nonprofit/Nongovernmental
Organizations
Designed
to help nonprofit and non-governmental leaders use
strategic management frameworks to improve their
organizations. The program focuses on topics including
strategy frameworks, mission statements, portfolio
management, marketing, and strategic positioning. Christine

Expanding Impact: Non-Governmental
Organization Legitimacy, Advocacy and
Partnership
Designed
to give NGO leaders the opportunity to sharpen their
visions and think strategically about how to build capacity
in a sustainable manner. The program focuses on strategies
for clarifying vision, mission and strategy; enhancing
legitimacy and support among key stakeholders; expanding
capacity with stakeholder alliances; expanding capacity
with multi-sectoral partnerships; and managing change and

Management

managers improve their financial literacy. This program is
designed to help managers in nonprofit organizations
