Travel, Accommodation & Reimbursement Information
Your economy-class round trip travel costs related to the conference will be covered by the Hauser Center and will include ground transportation (taxis, public transportation) while in New York City.
It is Harvard University’s policy to reimburse individuals or organizations directly for travel, so please save all receipts as you will need to attach them to a completed Harvard reimbursement form (see below). Reimbursements will be made by check or wire transfer within 30 days of receipt. US citizens should use the Universal Expense Form and non-US citizens should use the Foreign Nationals Form.

Meals
Cocktails and appetizers will be served at the Wednesday evening reception and breakfast, coffee and tea service, and lunch will be provided on Thursday at the conference.
