Vendor Information

Please contact Deana Wagner at dwagner@hsph.harvard.edu for a Vendor Registristration Form. Forms are due no later than Friday, April 27, 2007 and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and in accordance with our overall guidelines. NO WALK-IN VENDORS.

Free parking will be provided to vendors, dancers, musicians and other Powwow participants at the Everett Street Garage. The Everett Street Garage is located on the corner of Everett Street and Massachusetts Ave. with the entrance to the garage located in the back. Take your first right onto Everett Street then your first right behind the garage. Stop at the guard booth located at the entrance to the garage and tell him the name of the event that you are attending.

A shuttle will be available from 10:00am to 5:00pm to transport participants between the Everett Street Garage and Radcliffe Yard. The shuttle will run approximately every 15 minutes.

Directions (by car) to Radcliffe Yard

From the West:

1. Take I-90 East (Mass Turnpike) to Exit 18 (Cambridge/Allston).

2. Bear right after the toll booth at the end of the exit ramp.

3. At the 3rd set of lights (over bridge), turn left onto Memorial Drive.

4. After 2nd set of lights, turn right onto John F. Kennedy Street.

5. Go through 2 sets of lights. At the third set of lights, turn left onto Eliot Street (Curious George WordsWorth is on left, Cardullo's straight ahead).

6. Take first right onto Brattle Street. Radcliffe Yard will be on your right after you pass the Graduate School of Education on your right and the American Repertory Theatre on your left.



From the North:

1. Take I-93 South to Exit 26 (Storrow Drive/North Station).

2. Keep left at the end of the ramp and take the underpass to Storrow Drive.

3. Continue on Storrow Drive approximately 4 miles to the Harvard Square exit.

4. Turn right at the end of the ramp onto John F. Kennedy Street. Go through 2 sets of lights. At the third set of lights, turn left onto Eliot Street (Curious George WordsWorth is on left, Cardullo's straight ahead).

5. Take first right onto Brattle Street. Radcliffe Yard will be on your right after you pass the Graduate School of Education on your right and the American Repertory Theatre on your left.

 

From the South:

1. Take I-93 North to Exit 26 (Storrow Drive) and stay in the right travel lane.

2. Continue on Storrow Drive approximately 5 miles to the Harvard Square/Cambridge exit.

3. At the Harvard Square exit, make a right over the bridge. Go straight (you are now on J.F.K. Street) until the fourth set of lights. Turn left at the lights onto Brattle Street and move immediately into the right lane. Just ahead, Brattle Street turns sharply to the right (in front of Eastern Mountain Sports). Radcliffe Yard is about two blocks down on the right across the street from the American Repertory Theatre.

Parking

Spectators may use public garages or on-street parking. Parking can be very difficult to find and expensive in Harvard Square. If you are unable to use public transportation or find on-street parking, we suggest you try our list of commercial parking lots. Click here for list.
