Profile

Daniel A. Hojman, Associate Professor of Public Policy, teaches microeconomics. His main research areas are theoretical and applied microeconomics and political economy. He developed analytical models to study the role of social networks on welfare and inequality and examined the impact of corruption and the media on political participation. His current research interests include behavioral economics, corruption, and deliberation processes. Hojman received his PhD in economics from Harvard University and holds prior degrees in sciences from the University of Chile.
