Augmenting Suspension in Nuclear Facilities
MTA/ISP Fellow David Nusbaum will discuss the techniques necessary for an "augmented suspension" of nuclear facilities as a way of strengthening safeguards. David Nusbaum has seventeen years of professional experience as a chemical engineer in the nuclear industry. Throughout his career, he has tried to combine his technical background and broad knowledge in chemical and nuclear engineering with more practical, policy-oriented work such as the development of methods for enhancing safeguards in different kinds of nuclear facilities.
