Ted Kolderie, senior fellow at the Center for Policy Studies, was a key force behind creating the nation's K-12 chartering sector. The initial 1991 legislation in Minnesota later received an Innovations in American Government award. In this meeting Kolderie discusses the next steps needed for the nation's K-12 education reform strategy.
