Gary Samore on Nuclear Talks with Iran

Diplomatic efforts intended to curtain Iran's nuclear weapons program in exchange for a lifting of economic sanctions are making headway, but progress has been slow. Several nations, including the United States, are involved in the negotiations, but reports indicate that opinions vary as to how a deal should be crafted.

We spoke this week with Gary Samore, the executive director of research at the Kennedy School's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, to get his perspectives on the negotiations, and what a potential deal would mean.
