RAO Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a wide range of services to support externally sponsored faculty research, engagement, and training initiatives. We manage the review and approval of proposals and provide consultation for faculty and staff. We also aim to broaden exposure to HKS faculty research through the HKS Faculty Research Connection, Faculty Research Working Paper Series and companion e-journal from the Social Science Research Network, and the Harvard DASH (Digital Access to Scholarship at Harvard) open access repository.
