Intranet

The intranet is used as a communications portal for the HKS community. There are several useful applications and websites associated with the HKS Intranet:

• Access to your M:/ drive - All employees have space allocated on the HKS Network that is backed up regularly. Any files saved to your personal M drive space are accessible via the intranet
  
  
• E-Mail - The intranet has a web-based email system that allows you to access your HKS mail without Lotus Notes software.
  
  
• E-Mail Forwarding - You can forward all your E-Mail to another account (such as yahoo or gmail) easily. Look under the options tab if you are interested in forwarding your mail.
  
  
• Change Passwords - Both your Network password and Intranet password can be changed via the intranet
  
  
• Buy/Sell/Trade - Anyone in the HKS community can buy and sell items via the intranet's buy/sell/trade space
  
  
• Links to Paid Time Off, HARVIE, and HKS HR - Find what you need to get paid and more Human Resource information
  
  
• Much More!

Intranet Log in Users have a specific username and password for all HKS web applications. This user name is not always the same as the password used to log on to the network each day. If you are unsure of your username and password, contact your FSA.
