Getting Help
IT offers both in person and E-Mail support for our students. IT does not offer phone support for students.
In-Person - If you have a technical issue with your laptop our student computer lab is able to help you with many issues. The lab is located on the basement floor of Taubman, Lab technicians are located in the offices on the left-hand side during regular business hours.
E-Mail - You can email the lab during regular business hours. The email address is: student_support@hks.harvard.edu.
