Using Outlook and other POP clients

Notes About Using a POP Client at HKS

Please note that while we provide POP service, full-time support is not provided. There have been instances where Outlook will not work properly for students. Generally, the Student Computer Lab can help you set up your client, but cannot guarantee connectivity.

POP users should also be aware that by default the POP clients want to forward all your mail to your C drive, which will remove it from our servers where it could be backed-up. If you wish to keep your mail on our servers please be sure to select this option during the set up phase.

If you are unsure about where your E-Mail is going stop by the Student Computer Lab.
