The Kokkalis Program has established fellowships, internships, executive education programs, graduate student workshops and a scholars' program that have built solid links between Harvard University and the region. To date, the Kokkalis Program has sponsored 32 students in degree programs at the Kennedy School. In addition, 38 internships in Southeastern Europe, as well as research projects of 5 senior Kokkalis scholars have been sponsored by the Program. Since 1999, the educational opportunities of the Kokkalis Program have been further enriched through the launch of two annual events: The Kokkalis Graduate Student Workshop on Southeastern Europe and the Kokkalis Executive Education Programs.
