Film Screening: The Edge of Heaven (Turkey/Germany, 2007)

“The Edge of Heaven,” directed by Fatih Akin, follows six characters whose lives become interwoven as they travel between Germany and Turkey. The film, which explores questions of identity, generational differences, immigration, death and sexuality, won “Best Screenplay” at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival. Complimentary pizza available at 6:00 p.m.
