Collections
The Harvard Kennedy School Library collection covers issues confronting government today: international affairs, social policy, the economy, national security, the environment, the electoral process, and more. The emphasis is on public policy and management in the public and nonprofit sectors.
Of particular interest is our collection of Harvard Kennedy School working papers, current journals, and statistical publications of the United States, the OECD, the International Monetary Fund, and other intergovernmental organizations. The DVD collection consists of feature films, documentaries, investigative journalism segments and the like relating to politics and public policy. The Library also houses two collections of Kennedy School students' papers: Policy Analysis Exercise (PAE) and Second Year Policy Analysis. Both collections are searchable in HOLLIS.
As a member of the Harvard University community, Kennedy School affiliates have access to most of the 13 million books, 100,000 serials and countless other print and electronic materials that can be found in the collections of the largest university library in the world.
