Available Equipment
Computers and Printers
The library has 15 computers available primarily for use by Harvard students, faculty and staff. Computers are open to guests, subject to the HKS Library Access Policy.
Printing is available from all library computers for a fee. Payment is through Crimson Cash or HKS student billing (HKS students must be logged in for the latter option).
Photocopiers
The library has three photocopiers available for use. They all accept Crimson Cash, while one also accepts cash.
Crimson Cash Machine
Add value to a Crimson Cash account, or purchase a new card, using the Crimson Cash machine located in the lobby outside of the Library.
Laptop and Wireless Use
The Library accommodates network and printing access for laptop users. The Circulation Desk provides extension cords for a 3-hour loan period.
The HKS wireless network is accessible within the library by logging in with a Harvard ID and PIN or HKS Intranet account. Guest accounts are available at the Circulation Desk.
Wireless printing is available to HKS students by installing iPrint.
