NEW – Journal of Political Marketing

The HKS Library now provides access to the Journal of Political Marketing. Access to this peer-reviewed journal is available from 2002 to the present.

The HKS Library now provides access to the Journal of Elections, Public Opinion & Parties. Access to this peer-reviewed journal is available from 1991 to the present.

From the publisher: JEPOP aims to publish research of the highest quality on elections, public opinion, participation and political parties. Published under the auspices of the Political Studies Association of the United Kingdom specialist group of Elections, Public Opinion & Parties (EPOP), it welcomes submissions based on either comparative or single nation studies.

New E-Journal: The Chronicle of Philanthropy

The Chronicle of Philanthropy provides news and information for executives of tax-exempt organizations in health, education, religion, the arts, social services, and other fields, as well as fund raisers, professional employees of foundations, institutional investors, corporate grant makers, and charity donors. Along with news, it offers such service features as lists of grants, fundraising ideas and techniques, statistics, reports on tax and court rulings, summaries of books, and a calendar of events.

 

 

Academic Search Alumni Edition – Now Available to All Alumni!

To support the work of HKS alumni around the world, the Library now provides access to EBSCO’s Academic Search Alumni Edition. This resource provides full-text for more than 3,350 journals as well as indexing and abstracting for more than 8,200 journals. It covers many areas of academic study including public policy, international affairs, economics, environment, religion, education, the sciences, and more. Over 3000 of the journals included in full-text are peer-reviewed.  To register for free access, please email library_research@hks.harvard.edu.

Beginning this fall, registration and access to Academic Search Alumni Edition will be through the Alumni Relations and Resource Development extranet.

New E-Resource: CQ HealthBeat

CQ HealthBeat contains health news from Congressional Quarterly including information about recent and upcoming hearings on health-related issues and links to health legislation and regulation.

Knowledge Mosaic contains industry news, research, guidance, and current awareness on matters pertaining to federal regulation and disclosure.

Orbis is a database of information covering 60 million companies worldwide.
