Troubleshoot & Get Help
- Check to see if you have the latest version of Zotero. If not, update.
- Exit and restart Zotero.
- Exit and restart Firefox.
- Disable all other Firefox add-ons.
- For help Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, Ask a HKS Librarian. For help anytime, go to Zotero Documentation or search the Zotero Forums for the same or a similar problem.
- Get help from the Zotero Community by logging in and posting to the Zotero Forums. We recommended providing as much detail about the problem as you can including any error messages and the text of any Error Reports (found under Preferences) verbatim.
