and Application Eligibility Fellows are individuals in the earlier stages of their careers who spend an academic term or year at the Center pursuing independent research and building their record of accomplishment. These individuals may be practitioners in the public, private, or non-profit sectors, or may come from the academy as scholars, including advanced doctoral candidates and post-doc fellows. Individuals are selected as M-RCBG Fellows because they have clearly defined research plans that are germane to the research priorities of the Center. Senior Fellows have demonstrated excellence as senior-level executives in corporations, high-ranking civil servants in government, distinguished managers in not-for-profits, and vital thought-leaders in academia. They pursue research interests and engagement endeavors, such as conferences or colloquia, that add value to the Center's mission. Senior Fellows spend either a term or an academic year at the Center, linked to a faculty member who can best address the Senior Fellow's area of expertise. Fellows Fees Most M-RCBG Fellows are supported through their own affiliated
organizations such as corporations, governmental agencies, foundations,
or other nonprofit associations. The basic Fellows Fee is $2,750 per semester. In addition, a Facilities Fee applies for those Fellows requiring on-campus space.
Individuals who are self-supported,
or who are being sponsored by an organization unable to cover the full
contribution, may request a reduction in the total fees, at
the time of application. |
