Carlo Carraro
President and Professor of Environmental Economics and Econometrics, University of Venice
Director, Sustainable Development Program, Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM)

Carlo Carraro became President of the University of Venice on November 2, 2009 and is also Professor of Environmental Economics and Econometrics at the University. He is Director of the Sustainable Development Program of the Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM), a leading international research center focusing on economics and the environment, and a member of its Scientific Committee. Prof. Carraro is a member of the Steering Committee of the Ecological and Environmental Economics Programme at the International Center for Theoretical Physics in Trieste, a joint initiative with the Beijer International Institute of Ecological Economics in Stockholm. He has been a Lead Author of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and is Vice Chair of Working Group III for the IPCC’s Fifth Assessment Report. Prof. Carraro holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University.

Eileen Claussen
President, Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES) and Strategies for the Global Environment
Eileen Claussen is the President of the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES) and Strategies for the Global Environment. Ms. Claussen is the former Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs. She served as a Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Global Environmental Affairs at the National Security Council and as Chairman of the United Nations Multilateral Montreal Protocol Fund. Ms. Claussen was also Director of Atmospheric Programs at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Singapore Energy Advisory Committee, and the Ecomagination Advisory Board. Ms. Claussen is the recipient of the Department of State’s Career Achievement Award and the Distinguished Executive Award for Sustained Extraordinary Accomplishment. She also served as the Timothy Atkeson Scholar in Residence at Yale University.

Fulvio Conti
Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, Enel SpA
Fulvio Conti is Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Enel SpA, the major Italian energy group, a position he has held since May 2005. He joined Enel Spa in 1999 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Fulvio was formerly General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Telecom Italia and between 1996 and 1998 was General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Ferrovie dello Stato, the Italian national railway. In 1991 he became Head of Administration, Finance and Control for Europe at the American company Campbell, based in London and Brussels. From the end of 1991 to 1993 he was head of the accounting, finance, and control department of Montecatini and was subsequently in charge of finance at Montedison-Compart, overseeing the financial restructuring of the group. Mr. Conti began his career in 1969 with the Mobil Group, where he held a number of executive positions in Italy and abroad, including a period as Chief Financial Officer for Europe. He sits on the Boards of Directors of Barclays plc (since 2005) and AON Corporation (since 2007). Mr. Conti is also vice president of Eurelectric and he sits on the board of the National Academy of Santa Cecilia, one of Europe's oldest music institutions.

Maureen L. Cropper
Professor of Economics, University of Maryland
Maureen L. Cropper is Professor of Economics at the University of Maryland, a University Fellow at Resources for the Future, and, until recently, a Lead Economist at the World Bank. She is also a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research and a Member of the National Academy of Sciences. Prof. Cropper is past president of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists and a former chair of the Advisory Council for Clean Air Act Compliance Analysis, a subcommittee of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Science Advisory Board. Her research has focused on valuing environmental amenities (especially environmental health effects), on the discounting of future health benefits, and on the tradeoffs implicit in environmental regulations. Prof. Cropper's recent research analyzes the externalities associated with motorization and the interaction between residential location, land use, and travel demand. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Cornell University.

Robert E. Grady
General Partner, Cheyenne Capital Fund
Robert E. Grady has served as Chairman and fund head of Carlyle Venture Partners, the growth capital arm of The Carlyle Group, one of the world's largest private equity firms.  He is Director of AuthenTec (Nasdaq: “AUTH”) and Maxim Integrated Products (Nasdaq: “MXIM"), and privately held companies eScreen, Viator, and Symbio. Mr. Grady also served as a director for six years and as Chairman of the National Venture Capital Association and today serves on the Advisory Boards of the RBC Technology Venture Funds; of W.I. Harper, a China-focused venture capital fund; and of C-Quest Capital, a fund devoted to investing in carbon assets. Prior to Carlyle, Mr. Grady served as Managing Director and member of the Management Committee at technology investment bank Robertson Stephens; as Deputy Assistant to President George H.W. Bush and as Associate Director of OMB for Natural Resources, Energy and Science in the White House; as Chief Speechwriter and Senior Advisor for the successful 1988 Bush/Quayle Presidential Campaign; as  Director of Communications for New Jersey Governor Thomas Kean; and as Legislative Director and Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Millicent Fenwick. Mr. Grady served for ten years on the faculty of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he taught courses on environmental policy, regulation and "Investing in Highly Regulated Industries."Mr. Grady serves on the Board of Governors of the Pardee RAND Graduate School, and is a Trustee of the Jackson Hole (Wy.) Land Trust and a Member of the National Commission on Energy Policy. He served for 15 years as a Trustee of the Environmental Defense Fund and as a Trustee and Chairman of the Board of Resources for the Future.

C. Boyden Gray
Principal, Boyden Gray & Associates and former Special Envoy for European Union Affairs (2008-2009)
Prior to his appointment as Special Envoy, Mr. Gray served as U.S. Ambassador to the European Union in Brussels from 2006 to 2007.  From 1969 to 1981 and 1993 to 2005, Mr. Gray was a partner in the Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr law firm in Washington.  He served as White House Counsel in the administration of President George H.W. Bush (1989-1993) and earlier served as Legal Counsel to Vice President Bush (1981-1989).  Mr. Gray also served as counsel to the Presidential Task Force on Regulatory Relief during the Reagan Administration.

Lars G. Josefsson
President and Chief Executive Officer, Vattenfall
Lars G. Josefsson became President and CEO, in 2000, of Vattenfall, a major energy group with a strong presence in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, and Poland. He was President and CEO of Celsius from 1997-2000, when Celsius became part of the Saab Group. He began his professional career in 1974 as a systems engineer at the Defence Electronics Division of what was then LM Ericsson. Here, after a number of executive posts, he was appointed President of Chemtronics in 1984. At Ericsson Radio Systems, he became head of the Radar Section in 1985. In 1987 he took over as Vice President and head of the Surface Sensor Division. He was then appointed as President of Schrack Telecom AG in Vienna, Austria-later renamed Ericsson Schrack AG (in 1994) and Ericsson Austria (in 1996). In addition to his duties as CEO of Vattenfall, he is a member of the supervisory board of Eskom Holdings Ltd. of Johannesburg, South Africa, and of the World Childhood Foundation. Mr. Josefsson is President of the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce 2 and of Eurelectric. In 2006, German Chancellor Angela Merkel named him as one of her government advisors on international climate protection issues during the German EU presidency. Mr. Josefsson is also a member of the commission for sustainable development in the Swedish government.

Fred Krupp
President, Environmental Defense Fund
Fred Krupp is President of Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), a major environmental advocacy group with headquarters in New York City. He has focused on the formulation and implementation of policies that harness market forces for environmental ends, such as the market-based acid rain reduction plan in the 1990 Clean Air Act and parallel approaches to solving the problem of global warming. Under his leadership, EDF has engaged with American companies to lessen their impact on the environment. Strategic partnerships have been established with McDonald's, FedEx, and DuPont, among others. He also helped launch a corporate coalition, the U.S. Climate Action Partnership, whose Fortune 500 members have called for limits on greenhouse gas emissions. Mr. Krupp is coauthor, with Miriam Horn, of Earth: The Sequel -- The Race to Reinvent Energy and Stop Global Warming, published in March 2008 by W.W. Norton.

John Llewellyn
Principal, Llewellyn Consulting
John Llewellyn has served as Lehman Brothers' senior economic policy advisor. Dr. Llewellyn, a New Zealander, received his doctorate at the University of Oxford. From 1970 to 1974, he held several academic positions in economics at the University of Cambridge. He then spent seventeen years at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development in Paris, where he held positions including director of international economic forecasting and policy analysis; and the Secretary-General's chief of staff. Dr. Llewellyn has published on a wide range of subjects in economics and other topics, including international economic policy making, economic forecasting, and climate change. In February 2007, Lehman Brothers published his report, The Business of Climate Change: Challenges and Opportunities, and in September 2007 its sequel, The Business of Climate Change II. Dr. Llewellyn is a member of the President of the European Commission's Group of Economic Policy Analysis and an adjunct professor at Imperial College, London.

Frank E. Loy
Former Under Secretary of State for Global Affairs
Frank Loy served as Under Secretary of State for Global Affairs in the Clinton Administration.  His portfolio included the environment, human rights, the promotion of democracy, refugees and humanitarian affairs, and counter-narcotics.  Under President Carter he was Director of the State Department’s Bureau of Refugee Programs, with the personal rank of Ambassador, and in the Johnson Administration he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Economic Affairs.  During 2007 and 2008 he was co-leader of the Obama Campaign’s Energy and Environment team and a member of its National Finance Committee.  Mr. Loy spent some 10 years in business, first as Senior Vice President of Pan American Airways.  Subsequently he became a founding partner of the firm that brought the bankrupt Penn Central Transportation Company out of bankruptcy and then became president of the NY Stock Exchange-listed company that emerged from that bankruptcy. From 1981-95 Mr. Loy served as President of The German Marshall Fund of the United States.  At present he serves on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations, many in the field of environment.  He is board chair of Population Services International and the Arthur Burns Fellowship Program.  Mr. Loy is a graduate of UCLA and the Harvard Law School, lives in Washington with his wife, Dale, a painter, and has two children and four grandchildren.

Bijan Mossavar-Rahmani is Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of RAK Petroleum PCL, a closely held company formed in Ras Al Khaimah and funded by public entities and individuals in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Mr. Mossavar-Rahmani serves concurrently as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Foxtrot International, LDC, a Franco-American oil and gas company active in West Africa and as CEO of Mondoil Enterprises, LLC, an energy holding company in the United States. He was founder and first chief executive of Houston-based Apache International, Inc. In addition to his industry positions, Mr. Mossavar-Rahmani is active in public and international affairs. He is a Director of the Persepolis Foundation and serves as a member of the Harvard Kennedy School's Visiting Committee and of the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art Visiting Committee on Islamic Art. He has published more than ten books and dozens of articles on global energy markets and was decorated a Commandeur de l'Ordre National de la Cote d'Ivoire for services to the energy sector of that country. He is a graduate of Princeton and Harvard Universities.

Fernando Napolitano

Fernando Napolitano founded Italian Business & Investment Initiative in 2010 and is currently President & CEO. Previously, Napolitano was a Partner and Vice President with Booz & Company and Managing Director of Booz & Co. Italia. While at Booz & Company he led the Organization and Strategy Practice in Italy, following specialization in telecommunications, media, and aerospace. He led Booz's European Advisory Board, an external consultative body. Prior to Booz, he occupied management positions at Procter & Gamble Italia's marketing division and at Laben SpA (Finmeccanica) Tethered Satellite, Commercial Department. He was appointed in 2002 as a non-executive independent member of the Board of Directors of ENEL SpA, and reappointed in 2005. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Napolitano was a non-executive independent member of the Board of Directors of the CIRA (Italian Aerospace Research Center). From 2002 to 2005 he was an industry expert within the Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) Commission. Mr. Napolitano is a columnist on international affairs for Panorama and Economy magazines. He is co-author of Megacommunities: How Leaders from Government, Business and Non-Profits can Tackle Today's Global Challenges Together, published in the U.S. in April 2008.

William K. Reilly

William K. Reilly is a Founding Partner of Aqua International Partners, LP, a private equity fund dedicated to investing in companies engaged in water and renewable energy, and a Senior Advisor to TPG Capital, LP, an international investment partnership. Mr. Reilly previously served as Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (1989-1993), president of the World Wildlife Fund, president of The Conservation Foundation, and director of the Rockefeller Task Force on Land Use and Urban Growth. He was head of the U.S. delegation to the United Nations Earth Summit in Rio in 1992. Mr. Reilly is Co-Chair of the National Commission on Energy Policy, Chair of the Board of the ClimateWorks Foundation, Chair of the Advisory Board for the Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions at Duke University, Chair of the Board for the Global Water Challenge, and a Director of the Packard Foundation and the National Geographic Society. He also serves on the Board of Directors of DuPont, ConocoPhillips, and Royal Caribbean International. In 2007, Mr. Reilly was elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He holds a J.D. from Harvard and M.S. in Urban Planning from Columbia University.

James E. Rogers
Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, Duke Energy
Jim Rogers became chairman of the board, president, and chief executive officer of Duke Energy following its merger in 2006 with Cinergy, where he had served as chairman and chief executive officer for more than 11 years. He joined PSI Energy in 1988 as the company's chairman, president, and chief executive officer. Rogers has served as deputy general counsel for litigation and enforcement for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and executive vice president of interstate pipelines for the Enron Gas Pipeline Group. Earlier, he was assistant to the chief trial counsel at FERC and assistant attorney general for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, where he acted as intervener on behalf of state utility customers. In the course of his career, Rogers has served more than 40 cumulative years on the boards of Fortune 500 companies. He also serves on the boards of a number of industry associations and civic organizations, including as immediate past chairman of the Edison Electric Institute; chairman of the Edison Foundation; member of the board and Executive Committee of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development; and board member of the Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions. In 2007, Rogers was named the energy industry's CEO of the Year by Platts.

Theodore Roosevelt IV
Managing Director, Investment Banking, Barclays Capital
Theodore Roosevelt IV is a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Barclays Capital, based in New York. Mr. Roosevelt joined Barclays Capital in September 2008 from Lehman Brothers. He was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lehman Brothers Financial Products Inc. in 1994, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lehman Brothers Derivative Products Inc. in 1998. In February 2007, he was appointed Chairman of Lehman Brothers’ Council on Climate Change. Mr. Roosevelt is Chair of the Pew Center on Global Climate Change, a Trustee of the Alliance for Climate Protection, a member of the Governing Council of the Wilderness Society, and a Trustee of the American Museum of Natural History, The World Resources Institute, The Cultural Institutions Retirement System and a Trustee of Trout Unlimited. He is also Counselor, China-US Center for Sustainable Development, and served as a board member of the League of Conservation Voters for nine years; three of which, he served as the Chairman. Mr. Roosevelt is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, The Economic Club of New York, and a Governor of the Foreign Policy Association.  Mr. Roosevelt holds an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

François Roussely
Chief Executive Officer, Credit Suisse, France
François Roussely is Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse in France and is a member of the EMEA Chairman's Board. Mr. Roussely joined Credit Suisse First Boston in January 2005 as Chairman of Credit Suisse First Boston France. He served as Chairman and CEO of Electricité de France (EdF) from 1998-2004, successfully leading the transformation of the national electricity monopoly and positioning it for increased competition in 2004. Prior to joining EdF, Mr. Roussely held a number of senior positions in the French government, serving in the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of the Interior. During the 1990s he oversaw the transformation of the armed forces and the defense industry, resulting in the emergence of major corporations such as Thales, EADS, and Dassault. Mr. Roussely serves on a number of Supervisory Boards, including Dalkia, Lagardere, and the Advisory Board of Banque de France. He served as an Advisor to the Mayor of Beijing and the Governor of Gangdong. He is an Officer of the Legion of Honor and the National Order of Merit. Mr. Roussely obtained a degree in economics from the University of Paris and is a graduate from École Nationale d'Administration.

Richard L. Schmalensee
John C Head III Dean Emeritus and Howard W. Johnson Professor of Economics and Management, MIT Sloan School of Management
Richard L. Schmalensee is the Howard W. Johnson Professor of Economics and Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management. He served as the John C. Head III Dean of the Sloan School from 1998 through 2007. He was a Member of the President's Council of Economic Advisers from 1989 through 1991 and Deputy Dean of MIT Sloan from 1996 through 1998. Prof. Schmalensee is the author or co-author of 11 books and over 100 articles in professional journals and edited books. He is co-editor of volumes I and II of the Handbook of Industrial Organization. His research has centered on industrial organization economics and its application to managerial and public policy issues, with particular emphasis on antitrust, regulatory, and environmental policies. His recent work has focused on two-sided, platform businesses. Prof. Schmalensee is a member of the International Academy of Management and the National Commission on Energy Policy and a fellow of the Econometric Society and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He is a Director of the International Securities Exchange and the International Data Group, and Editor in Chief of Competition Policy International.

Phil Sharp
President, Resources for the Future
Phil Sharp became president of Resources for the Future (RFF) in 2005. He served ten terms as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Indiana. Currently, Sharp serves on the Board of Directors of the Duke Energy Corporation and the Energy Foundation. He is a member of the National Petroleum Council, a federal advisory committee, and is the congressional chair for the National Commission on Energy Policy. He is also a member of the Cummins Science and Technology Advisory Council and the MIT Energy Initiative External Advisory Board. He is chair of the External Advisory Committees for both the MIT Nuclear Fuel Cycle Study and the MIT Future of Solar Energy Study. During his congressional tenure, Sharp took leadership roles in the development of landmark energy and environmental legislation, including the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments and the Energy Policy Act of 1992. Prior to his service in Congress from 1975 to 1995, Sharp taught political science at Ball State University. He received his Ph.D. in government from Georgetown University. Sharp was a Lecturer in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School from 1995 to 2001 and served as Director of Harvard's Institute of Politics from 1995 to 1998 and again in 2004-2005.

Domenico Siniscalco
Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Morgan Stanley International
Domenico Siniscalco is Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Morgan Stanley, based in Italy. He has been a member of the faculties of the University of Cambridge, the Catholic University of Louvain, The Johns Hopkins University and, most recently, Turin University, where he was appointed Professor of Economics in 1990. He has served on the boards of several research foundations and non-profit organizations in Italy and abroad, including the Swedish Royal Academy of Sciences (Beijer Institute). In April 2006, Dr. Siniscalco was appointed chairman of Fondazione Collegio Carlo Alberto, which focuses on economic research. From 2001 to 2005, he served in the Italian government, first as Director General of the Treasury, then as Minister of Economy and Finance. He has served as independent director on the boards of several Italian listed companies. Dr. Siniscalco is author of a number of academic books and more than 70 papers in industrial economics, privatization, and energy and environmental economics. His latest volume, The Challenges of Privatisation, was published by Oxford University Press in 2004. For many years he has been a front page commentator on Il Sole 24 Ore and La Stampa. Prof. Siniscalco holds a Law Degree from Turin University and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Neil H. Smith
Chief Executive Officer, InterGen
Neil H. Smith was named Chief Executive Officer of InterGen in 2006 and has been with the company since its founding. InterGen is a global power generation company with projects operating or in active development in the United Kingdom, the Philippines, Mexico, Australia, the Netherlands, and Singapore. As CEO, Mr. Smith has the lead responsibility for the development, financing, construction and operations of all of InterGen's projects. He was named President and Chief Operating Officer in 2002, and was given responsibility for operations, asset management, and the profit and loss of all InterGen global assets in construction and operation. Previously he served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management, Managing Director of InterGen's United Kingdom assets, and Vice President, Development in the Latin America and Asia-Pacific Regions. Earlier, Mr. Smith was a Development Manager with the J. Makowski Company for the Midwest U.S. market. Mr. Smith holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Wood Group, a UK-based international energy services company, and of the Dean's Council at the Harvard Kennedy School.

Björn Stigson
President, World Business Council for Sustainable Development
Björn Stigson is president of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). He began his career as a financial analyst with the Swedish Kockums Group. From 1971-82 he worked for ESAB, an international supplier of welding equipment, in different positions, being responsible for finance, operations, and marketing. In 1983 he became president and CEO of the Fläkt Group, a company listed on the Stockholm stock exchange and the world leader in environmental control technology. Following the acquisition of Fläkt by ABB, in 1991 he became executive vice president and a member of ABB Asea Brown Boveri's Executive Management Group. From 1993-94 he ran his own management consultancy. In 1995 he was appointed president of the WBCSD, a CEO-led, global association of some 200 companies dealing exclusively with business and sustainable development. He now serves on the boards of or on committees advising the Chinese government, the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes, the Harvard Kennedy School, the Clinton Global Initiative, and the Global Reporting Initiative.

Cathleen Douglas Stone
Special Assistant for Environment, Office of the Mayor of Boston
Cathleen Douglas Stone is a lawyer and longtime environmental activist. Currently, she is a special assistant for environment to Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino and a city representative to the Boston Harbor Islands Partnership, a consortium of public and private agencies overseeing the development of the Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area. From 1994-2000, Cathy served as the City of Boston’s first chief of Environmental Services, in Mayor Menino’s cabinet. In that position, she supervised the Transportation Department, the Inspectional Services Department, and the Water and Sewer Commission, as well as some aspects of the Public Works and Recreation departments. Cathy has been active in Sustainable Boston, a group charged with creating sustainable development in Boston. In 1996, Cathy attended a White House conference on the environment and was asked by then-Vice President Gore to develop ‘indicators’ of sustainability, using Boston as the focus. Cathy is a past partner of the Boston law firm of Foley, Hoag and Eliot where her practice encompassed environmental and administrative law issues. She held an Institute of Politics Fellowship at the Harvard Kennedy School in 1984. She earned a BA in 1969 from Marylhurst College, a JD in 1972 from American University, and an LLM from Georgetown University in 1974.

Jorge Vasconcelos
Chairman of NEWES (New Energy Solutions First), Lisbon
Jorge Vasconcelos is Chairman of NEWES (New Energy Solutions First), an energy consulting firm based in Lisbon. He was invited to set up the Portuguese Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERSE) in 1996 and became Chairman of the Board in 1997. Following his appointment to a second term, the scope of ERSE was enlarged to natural gas. Mr. Vasconcelos is co-founder and former chairman of the Council of European Energy Regulators and first chairman of the European Regulators' Group for Electricity and Gas. Prior to joining ERSE, Mr. Vasconcelos was in charge of program development for the dynamic simulation of power systems in the electrical networks department of AEG, in Frankfurt, Germany (1986-1989). From 1989 to 1996 he was Deputy Secretary-General of EURELECTRIC (European Association of Electricity Industry). He was Guest Professor at the University of Pavia, Italy (1990-1991) and also has lectured at the University of Coimbra since 2001. Mr. Vasconcelos graduated from the State University in Porto and holds a degree in Power Systems Engineering. He also holds the degree Doktor-Ingenieur from the Erlangen-Nuremberg University, Germany.

Robert C. Weber
Group Chief Executive, AECOM Environmental Management Group

Robert C. Weber is the Group Chief Executive Officer of AECOM's Global Environment Group, the global environmental management division of AECOM Technology Corporation. He is responsible for AECOM's environmental consulting, engineering, and remediation operations, comprised of 4,000 employees working from 130 offices in 20 countries worldwide. He previously was President and Chief Executive Officer of ENSR, a leading environmental consultancy acquired by AECOM in 2005. Mr. Weber launched ENSR's Key Account program, forging strong relationships with major multinational corporate clients and fueling ENSR's profitable growth. During his tenure, ENSR received numerous business and environmental awards, including consecutive Environmental Business Journal Awards from 2001-2007. Before joining ENSR in 1981, Mr. Weber served with the US Environmental Protection Agency in Research and Regulatory Development. He is a registered Professional Engineer. He holds an M.S. in Public Health (Environmental Management) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University; and is a graduate of the Executive Business Program at the Amos Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College. Mr. Weber is Chair of the Executive Committee and Advisory Board of the Donald Bren Graduate School of Environmental Science and Management, University of California at Santa Barbara; a member of the Sino-American Working Group on Climate Change (University of California, Tsinghua University, and Institute on Governance and Sustainable Development); and a Trustee of the Groton Public Library Endowment.
