Short CV
Christina Kuekenshoener, Master in Public Administration Candidate,  gathered private sector experience in working with BMW in Germany and in Japan during her studies. An internship at GTZ was the beginning for her interest in development cooperation. After a postgraduate training in development policy and project management at the German Development Institute (GDI) she worked for 5 years at KfW, the German Development Bank. At KfW, she managed projects for communal development and the reintegration of ex-combatants in post-conflict-countries in Sub-Sahara Africa. In addition, she acted as sector specialist for conflict prevention and was responsible for mainstreaming the issue in policies and procedures at KfW. In future, she would like to engage in the promotion of private sector investment in developing countries.
