Adibeli Nduka-Agwu gained work experience in the sector of international communication and journalism in Argentina, Germany and Italy before reading Social and Political Science at Cambridge University, England. Whilst in the United Kingdom, she researched issues of race and racism in Germany as well as in the context of international conflict management and headed student committees on international development and education. Before joining the Kennedy School, she worked for the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre in Accra where she conducted research on the recent UN peacebuilding efforts in Liberia and Sierra Leone. She has been published on a range of issues and is currently co-editing "Rassismus und die Deutsche Sprache", Racism and the German Language, (Unrast-Verlag, 2009).
