Pierre Thielbörger, Master in Public Policy Candidate 2010, studied law and jounalism in Hamburg and Berlin, took part in a law exchange program with McGill University (Montréal) and participated in the colloquium of the "Studienkolleg zu Berlin". After that, he started his PhD in International Law and Human Rights on "The Human Right to Water" at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. Former work experience include different assistance at different law chairs in Civil, Public and Criminal Law as well as a position as Assistant Attaché for the Federal Republic of Germany at the United Nations in New York.
