Bernard Cahill

Bernie Cahill is the program manager for the Program on Networked Government, where he helps to manage the PNG's finances and budget, seminars and fellows program. He is currently a graduate student at Tufts University where he is working towards a Masters Degree in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning. In 2002 Cahill received his Masters Degree in International Relations from the University of Wales, Swansea. He also worked as a Research Assistant to a Member of Parliament for the 2001-2002 Parliamentary Session. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2000 where he received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and German.
